In the first case, we were involved for an event in the political-institutional arena with a need for Italian-English interpretation. The request came with less than 48 hours' notice and resulted in. more than two weeks of uninterrupted work. Our team provided 24-hour language service, handling not only simultaneous translation during conferences and courses, but also consecutive interpreting during dinners, transfers and informal moments, even at night.Â
This intervention involved 9 professional interpreters and a trained technician, and was designed to accompany the delegation throughout their stay. The result? Smooth, uninterrupted communication at every stage of the event, in line with the expectations of a highly formal and strategic context.Â

The second project featured Congressi Internazionali in a large public event with 3,000 participants. Interpreting services were required in Italian, English, Spanish and Greek for a diverse audience and a dozen speakers from different countries. Five interpreters and three technicians worked synergistically to cover every linguistic need and ensure professional simultaneous translation, making sure the event went off without a hitch. A hybrid event on security and counterterrorism: flawless technical and linguistic managementÂ
The third event, among the most complex of the year, required multi-pronged planning. It was an international conference dedicated to security and counterterrorism issues, which had involved required the use of four languages, - Italian, English, French and Arabic, - and took place the course on three active rooms simultaneously, in hybrid mode, with both in-person and remotely connected speakers.Â
The International Congresses team managed every aspect: from the positioning and operation of simultaneous translation booths, to audio-video direction, to the management of the Zoom platform to ensure full integration between speakers remote in remote mode and those present in the room. The 8 professional interpreters, supported by 3 technical experts, worked in-person and remotely to provide flawless service, even in a highly sensitive environment.Â
